A couple of things stood out from his usual weekend's worth of random media outpourings. He described lightbulb heed as 'unplayable' when confident.

Firstly, aye righto :laughing-rolling:

Secondly, what the fuck is HBA if Obertan's 'unplayable'? Why did he not take the same 'arm-around-the-shoulder' approach with HBA I wonder. Could it because HBA isn't an arse-licking cunt like the Willo's of this world? workid

Then he put down Cisse's resurgence to him being 'the main man' again. Er, who was it who made him not the main man by sticking him out wide and destroying his confidence again?

Honestly, what a cunt of a man he is.

Ah, I see. How silly of me not to work it out myself huckle

Anyway back to topic. Parsnip is a cunt, and I bet we are going to get cunted left, right and centre come those November & December fixtures, no matter how 'unplayable' Le Bulb may be.

Would suit those cunts who hate Celtic because they believe red wine and wafers aren't the literal blood and body of christ. And vice versa to all the Celtic loving fucktards, stupid bastards Smoke

Let it be so

Gets humped most weekends for nearly a year, wins four and suddenly the media are telling us he's a top manager showing up us fickle geordies lmao

Getting pulled out the shit first by Cisse and now a bunch of hungry young kids. Plus the bottom six or so all look particularly dogshite this season.

Another season middling on going nowhere looms, woohoo.

Hardly spare a glance at the Pardew stuff, as you say the media changes it's mind every five minutes casting either him or supporters as idiots as they see fit. He's nothing more than a caretaker for the shitty footballer factory the fat cunt is hoping to create. Someone who'll never get a better job but had a chance at restoring some of his reputation after getting sacked from progressively lower league clubs. He's never in a million years somebody to lead a club anywhere other than mediocrity (and thank christ he doesn't have much say in transfers).

The increasing involvement with Rangers is far more exciting. Starting to realize the Scottish league will fit his business model better hopefully. Loved reading how his loan to them was made with the best interests of the club at heart. How many times have our lot swallowed that pile of shit? lmao

Also the piece quoting Dyer talking about his fight with Bowyer, the arrogant little prick who wasted his talent still hasn't changed. That would have started a massive Adawg versus everyone else thread in the old days. Not even a bite this time lmao

lmao Never liked Bowyer. I met Dyer when he first came here and he really seemed alright - went off him later. Maybe it went to his head. Just read his comments now and aye, he sounds like a right arsehole there.

As you say it is quite staggering how plenty (though not all) of the Rangers lot are making themselves believe he's some sort of saviour lmao He's already had their pants down - he'll be dry-humping them soon enough :orcs-buttshake:

ScottR wrote:

Expand please as I'd like to be convinced of this

Because I've become more worried of late that he / Sports Direct are aiming to build some sort of footbal club portfolio. A lot of Scotch football fans seem to think their authorities will cave in and change / bend the 10% rule to accommodate him at Rangers. He and SD also have a big stake in Oldham. And although it's impossible to quantify there can be no doubt at all his buying us has been money very well spent as far as SD are concerned. I thought it was revealing that the only public - as opposed to attributed - comments he's made on NUFC of his entire seven-and-a-half years owning us that I know of were these when confronted by Simon Bird at the shareholders meeting:

Quote:
I would like to address a question to Mr Ashley, please. I wonder if he could explain the benefits to Sports Direct in its relationship with Newcastle United and Rangers.”

(Pause of 27 seconds)

“Other than to say than it has been beneficial to Sports Direct and therefore its shareholders, I don’t think it’s appropriate to comment.”

“Newcastle have said publicly, for example, that Sports Direct don’t pay for any stadium advertising or perimeter advertising at St James’ Park, and there is obviously a lot of it, I wonder what the benefit is to you and whether you could give a rough estimate of what it is worth in financial terms please.”

“I think I summed it all up in my previous statement. Those relationships are very beneficial to Sports Direct and its shareholders and I think that nothing else needs to be said.”

Constant huge SD exposure in the PL, tv money continuing to increase, net profits now so it costs him less than nowt, and he still owns his asset. A daft oil-baron type bid aside, what's his incentive to fuck off? (Assuming he gets his way in jockland obviously.)

I suppose we've been thrown a bone of sorts with the 'won't sell before the end of 2015/16 ' thing but really we've got very little else to cling to these days as far as getting shot of the fat cunt goes as far as I can see. Unless we go down and stay down, but this fucking spiv manager we've got seems to keep lucking out.

In short: I'm sick of this fucking club lmao :crying-blue:

Another win lmao I should keep my gob shut

I refuse to give Parsnip credit though - last November / December we won 7 from 9 I read. Look what happened next.

Canny goal from Perez like. He'd better watch this clever fancy dan stuff though as he'll either get Ben Arfa-ed or Pardewed if he keeps it up.

Well this may be wishful thinking but I'm hoping he'll see Rangers as a much safer place to stick a minimal amount of money in order to basically guarantee entry into the CL qualifiers and so get that cash windfall. He's discovering that you can't do things on the cheap in the PL. This so called Arsenal model of buying cheap, young players has even been abandoned by Arsenal lmao

In Scotland he only has to pay enough to beat Celtic

Is he though? The club is turning a healthy profit - more because of increasing tv revenues than good management of the finances but he'll not be bothered how it comes as long as it does. He's achieving his aim of staying in the PL for no outlay, while all along SD continues to benefit from all this free worldwide PL exposure on the back of the club. It's win-win. He's probably congratulating himself on the fact that, from his point of view, you can do things on the cheap and get away with it. We need relegation and, as you've said, not getting back up for a season or two - his perspective would change then. Empty stands would do it as well I reckon, but that's not happening as we know.

If the jocks cave in to the Fat cunt one of our escape routes gets sealed up. And it's not looking too good since he's supposed to be disallowed from weilding significant power at Rangers but he's already in control of the boardroom and nowt's said lmao It looks like he's gambled on Rangers being too important to the scotch set up to be allowed to fail, and he's winning his bet. If he isn't already it'll not be long before he's in a position to pull the plug on Rangers should he not get his way, so he's got both Rangers and the authorities by the bollocks.

All that said you're a clever cunt so I hope you're right and I'm wrong Smoke

As you can see, I'm becoming more and more pessimistic as time passes lmao

One run of good results (well great actually) and he's virtually guaranteed himself another season. What a cunt lmao

No fucking idea where it's come from as we looked utter shite just a few weeks back and had done for months on end before that.

So which no job loser who has been drilled out of a sucession of clubs or who retired due to mental illness are we going to get?

Stan Collymore, who more or less fits all of that criteria, is available Smoke

Probably because some stupid mod mangled it so badly

As for our new 'head coach' fuck knows with Ashley. Hopefully they'll consult Carr but is it not most likely they'll deem us safe enough now and just see how it goes with John 'did I mention I worked with Bobby Robson?' Carver?

Or maybe Beardlsey, which is where the fiver on the end of my pin went. Cheap, easy options with either guaranteed to be tractable. No pressure to spend any money in January, no annoying managerial resistance to selling a player should a nice bid turn up.

Regardless, I'm still delighted to see the back of that shithouse Parsnip. Though it's hard to get your head round how it's come about that we ended up giving HBA away for nowt while getting actual millions of pounds for Alan fucking Pardew lmao

Still making friends wherever he goes it seems:

Quote:
Dover Athletic chairman Jim Parmenter has accused newly-appointed Crystal Palace manager Alan Pardew of being arrogant.

Apparently, the former Newcastle United boss did not like walking 150 yards from the coach drop-off to Dover’s ground for the FA Cup third-round tie on Sunday.

The Sun claims that Pardew found it “ridiculous” that he and his players had to walk for 20 minutes, and Parmenter has now hit out at the 53-year-old.

“It is complete arrogance for him to expect us to make special arrangements just because it’s him,” he said.

“I don’t know what Pardew was doing for 20 minutes. You can crawl up there on all fours in a couple of minutes. He was also very rude to staff.”

It seems that Pardew did not leave a good impression on the Dover officials, but one doubts that he will lose sleep over it.

Worst club in England in 2016 & not one journalist or apologist who told us we were wrong in sight...

Was it Ryder who said he got his tactics spot on when we lost to Benfica and won neither game lmao

Not as bad as Paddy Barclay like, still awaiting me apology of that bald cunt.

Has Barclay said anything at all anywhere about Parsnip since that patronising piece he addressed to Newcastle fans? I haven't seen owt.

As for Ryder, he probably knows the game at least a bit better than a middle-class twat like Barclay but is far too thick to convey it lmao
